I am Aravind Venugopal.



I am a business man and a person who had a great passion for Cinema. This passion led me to the Production of a movie Atayalangal...(The Imprints...) in Malayalam. Out Performing Adoor Gopalakrishnan’s Naalu Pennungal(Four Women) and Shyamaprasad’s Ore Kadal (The Sea Within) Atayalangal(The Imprints...) received 5 prestigious Kerala State Film awards for Best Movie, Best director, Best cinematography, Best processing Lab and Special Jury Award for Supporting Actor.



The movie 'The Imprints...' is the debut feature film of nationally acclaimed Film Maker M G Sasi who is famous for his documentaries and short films. His ‘Kanavumalayileekku’ received National award for the best educational film from Honorable President of India in 2002.



I am probably the youngest producer in India to get a State Award for the debut movie in the age of 24.

The movie is set to hit the Theatres by September 2008
